The Fleet

2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon
(Project: Adventure JK)

I bought this Jeep in January of 2010 as a 30th birthday present to myself. This Jeep will be my daily driver and also used to explore the backroads of Colorado and Utah. It will be the used on many adventures over the years to come!

2000 Jeep Cherokee
(Project: Expedition XJ)

I bought this Jeep in February of 2007 to not only use as a daily driver, but also to build into an expedition style vehicle that I can use to travel the country and explore the backroads. No trailer needed. Sometimes I just want to jump in my Jeep and go exploring, and now I can do that. Keep watching this site for the status of the buildup of this Jeep, and pictures from my adventures!

1992 Jeep Cherokee
(Project: Intrepid Crawler)

I bought this Jeep Cherokee back in 2002 because I had always wanted one. Little did I know at the time what it would evolve into. After getting the ‘wheeling bug’ this Jeep has gone through many phases to become what it is today. What hold in store for this XJ? Well, since the addition of my 2000 XJ, this one will be built into a very capable rock crawler to hit the toughest trails in the country. Stay tuned!

Retired Vehicles

Tow Vehicle
I picked up my new tow rig in September of 2007. It’s a 2003 Ford F-350 Crew Cab 4×4 DRW with the 7.3 Powerstroke engine. I needed something that wouldn’t slow down in the mountains, and could also be up to the task of towing both of my Jeeps in the future. I would also like to pickup a slide-in camper sometime down the road as well. This rig should handle all those tasks with ease.

Tow Vehicle

I picked up my 2000 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4 4×4 in March 2004 to use as a tow vehicle for my XJ. It has done very well towing my XJ on a trailer and offers me a comfortable ride while towing, and while using it as my daily driver. After serving me well for almost four years, the Expedition was traded in on a real tow rig in September of 2007.
