My friend Ryan from Utah has been looking for a 2001 Solar Yellow Cherokee for a while, and he finally found one. It just so happened to be located here in Chicago. Somehow he managed to talk me into picking it up for him, so that he can fly out in a few weeks to get it. This thing is really bright!
….oh yeah, the seats are very comfortable
Just downloaded my copy. I will post my impressions and how well it works with my CrossoverGPS once I have a chance to play with it more.
If you want to get your copy (it’s free), you can get it here.
Was invited to a run at The Badlands today, so I decided to head out there for the day.
More pictures can be found here.
After leaving The Cliffs today, I decided to stop and find a cache in Seneca, IL. It was right along the Illinois & Michigan Canal.
Just got home from TIJA’s Chili for Charity event that was held at The Cliffs Insane Terrain. Was a good time for a great cause. The chili was good, and so was the raffle
As always, here’s some pictures from the day.

After doing the first oil change on my new F-350 a few weeks ago, I noticed that the oil pan was very rusty….to the point that I was worried that it would start leaking soon. Since I only had 82,000 miles on the truck, I knew it should have been covered under the 5 year / 100,000 mile warranty, I figured that I would bring it to the dealer and get it replaced. I sure as hell didn’t want to have to pull the engine just to replace the oil pan.
Anyways, after dropping my truck off at the dealer on Monday, I got to pick it up today with a new oil pan installed. Only cost me the $100 one-time deductible
Glad I got a Powerstroke that was still under warranty
